4. Hip Pain
Conditions
- Trochanteric bursitis
- Hip osteoarthritis
Range of Motion
Hip Circles
- Stand holding support.
- Move leg slowly in circular motion.
Repeat 10 circles each direction.
Strengthening
Side-Lying Leg Raise
- Lie on side.
- Lift upper leg upward.
Repeat 10–12 reps.
Stretching
Piriformis Stretch
- Cross one ankle over opposite knee.
- Pull leg toward chest.
Hold 20 seconds.
